- 40 won ton wrappers
- 1 tbsp thin soy sauce
- 2 quarts water
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 chopped green onion, scallions or spring onions
To make delicious Won ton in oyster sauce you will first need a large saucepan. Bring 2 quarts of water to the boil. Add won ton and boil for 5 minutes. After, remove with a Chinese strainer or colander.
Put the cooked won ton into a deep serving bowl, and add all other ingredients except for the green onion, and mix carefully.
Garnish with the chopped green onion.A Won ton in oyster sauce makes a great starter or accompaniment for any authentic chinese recipe.
