- 3/4 cup catsup
- 1 tbsp ground ginger
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp liquid smoke
- 3 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Making Chinese barbecue sauce is quite easy and here’s how it’s done.
Simply mix together all our ingredients and bring to the boil. Secondly, we’ll lower the heat and let the sauce simmer for about 10-15 min.
